About Jaime Rapp

For too long, educational spaces have been centered around the educator and the institution of education, which is only effective for those students who have the cultural capital to thrive in these traditional spaces. I believe that deep, meaningful learning only occurs when the learning experience is student-centered, and with the right approach, nearly any learner is capable of learning any skill. The tricky part? Figuring out what that looks like.

As a teacher, instructional coach, and instructional designer, I work with other teachers and learners to create learning experiences that honor the humanity of all participants. Everyone has something to bring to the learning space, and I am here to help you figure out how to create educational opportunities that foster joy, pride, and connection.
